Espina Del Ebano Art Studio

       My name is Joe Albert Lopez, I am an artist working out of Los Ebanos Tx, a small riverside village in the Rio Grande Valley. Espina Del Ebano is the name of the Art Studio I work out of, and it's my personal way of paying homage to where I was born & my families history here.

 

     I have been studying Art for most of my life, drafting since youth and I began studying painting in 2008. My work mostly displays a figurative style with some impressionistic elements, but I am opening up to Abstract work as well. I gather most of my inspiration from nature, and my favorite subject matter is Landscapes, Animals, and Figures.
